THIS MEANS IF YOU SELECT FIRST CLASS DELIVERY YOUR ORDER WILL TAKE 7-10 WORKING DAYS TO MAKE.
IT JUST MEANS ONCE ITS MADE IT WILL BE POSTED FIRST CLASS.

Turn around time does not include delivery, selecting first class just means once i have made your order it will be sent first class, does not mean it will be with you within 1-2 working days of purchase day.

1. Spelt Correctly
2. You've told me every detail of your order
3. Your delivery address is correct we are not responsible if you have put the wrong details.

What you write, is what will be engraved.
An hour before engraving your order, we will email you to confirm the order details, if no reply within an hour we engrave what you have put.

Once orders are cut, They're NON-REFUNDABLE and we will not do another one if you have put the wrong details or not enough details unless purchased again.

If the problem is my fault, due to me misspelling something or putting the wrong details, please email me and i will resolve the problem for you.
