What does turn around mean?
Turn around means how long your order can take to make.
This does not include postage

Example - If turn around time is up to 7 - 10 working days, your order can take up to 7 - 10 working days to make, once your order is made it will be sent out with the postage you've chosen.

This means it can take 7 - 10 working days to make and if you've chosen First Class it can take 1-3 working days extra for postage.

Overall it can take upto 13 working days to receive
I want my own design how can I do this?

We can work with you and design exactly what you have in mind.
My orders arrived wrong, what can I do?
Please contact us via Email or Social Media.
If the fault is ours due to misspelling ect we offer a redesign, if you put the wrong details in at checkout we are not responsible and will not offer a refund or redesign.
I have put the wrong address at checkout!
If you haven't had a dispatch confirmation, please let us know as soon as possible, if your order has already been dispatched we cannot offer a refund or redesign.
Do they come in other colours?
We are a wood engraving company, we do not offer painting your item and we cannot engrave in colour.
All out items are 3mm thick Birch Plywood with a soft white/cream finish.
We try our best to sand all our items once made, but with engraving it is done via a laser, so they may be odd burn marks.
Can your items go outside?
We do not treat our wood, putting your items outside means it can wear & rot.
We do not offer outside treatment, if you wish to put your item outside we suggest treating your wood before doing so.
